On confirmation of the sad death of our 10 year old Mac book SCIS provided excellent support and service. They were able to supply a new device at a competitive price and transfer files from the dead Mac. Help was given setting up the new item which saved much swearing and frustration thanks to Simon and Josh! Highly recommend.

Came home from doing Christmas shopping and my puppy chewed through my cable. Apparently my 1 year old computer has a power cable that is rare in the country!
I found SCIS through Google, messaged them on WhatsApp. Took no time at all to respond, told them my make/model and they were back in contact straight away.
Spoke to them on the phone, Simon was very helpful and easy to deal with. Special shout out to Ivan also.
Would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Simon and the team at SCIS was recommended by Global Vision to support with Lincoln Uniteds WiFi issues. From initial email and calls the service from Simon was excellent, quoting and recommending within 4 hours and arranging installation within 24 hours of confirmation! Ben who completed the installation was friendly and really efficient, leaving a quality installed product.

We have been in our house for five years and the Internet has been dreadful. It drops out from room to room forever. Having to put passwords in. I spoke to SIMON who came across very friendly and very knowledgeable after having come round and doing an assessment he provided me With a quotation that I was very happy with and I asked him to carry out The Works. I was absolutely delighted with the results. I now have full Wi-Fi wherever I go within my property and no more silly passwords to keep putting in every time I go into a different part of the house. We've used SCIS UK for several years now and the service they give is just excellent. We use them as our outsourced IT Help as and when we've got issues or need things doing. I moved one of our company websites to SCIS a couple of years ago and have only needed to contact support a handful of times. I have used SCIS for some years now and have constantly been impressed by the professionalism, politeness and efficiency display in all of my dealings. The company is also extremely prompt in dealing with requests. For instance, I asked Simon on Monday afternoon to set up everything needed for a new website. By Tuesday morning, everything was there - domain name, hosting package, website created and uploaded.
